By accessing or booking any service with Tidy Blueprints, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Service Scope: Our services are limited to organizing, decluttering, and consulting based on the selected package (DIY, Refresh, or Makeover Blueprints).

  2. Booking & Payment: All bookings are confirmed only after advance payment.

  3. Client Responsibility: Clients are expected to be available for walkthroughs and decision-making during in-home sessions.

  4. Results Disclaimer: Organization is a collaborative process. Final results depend on client cooperation and follow-through.

  5. Intellectual Property: Any resources, templates, or systems shared are proprietary to Tidy Blueprints and must not be copied or redistributed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand life happens. Here’s our policy:

  • Virtual Sessions: Can be rescheduled once if notified at least 24 hours in advance.

  • In-Home Sessions: Can be rescheduled once if notified at least 48 hours in advance. 

  • Workshops: Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant if informed 24 hours prior.

Privacy Policy

At Tidy Blueprints, we are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you share with us — including your name, contact number, address, or email — will only be used to deliver our services, communicate with you effectively, and enhance your experience.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties. We may use third-party tools for booking or payment, but only those that maintain secure and GDPR-compliant practices.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Tidy Blueprints primarily offers services, but occasionally ships organizing products or giveaway items as part of special packages or workshops.

  • Shipping Partners: We use trusted third-party courier services.

  • Delivery Timeline: Products are dispatched within 3–5 business days and typically delivered within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: May apply based on your location and will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Damaged Products: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item for a replacement or refund.
